From her app:
"Her divine role is Chooser of the Slain. Lenneth can sense the passing of potentially worthy souls, and if she so wishes she may choose the soul as an Einherjar. An Einherjar is midway between a human and a god, reliant on the Valkyrie for continued existence. She may summon and materialize them, and they also have a certain amount of independence to materialize on their own. The ultimate intent is for her to send them to Asgard when she believes them skilled enough, to take their place among the gods."
Lenneth's senses as a god primarily concern creatures that are horribly-unnatural-in-a-bad-way. Undead, for example; practitioners of extremely foul magic such as dark necromancy; mutated creatures with unnatural sentience and hungers, and so forth. Mere evil isn't enough to trigger it; the gods care little what mortals do to each other. A Battle-Maiden's foe must be worthy of the Valkyrie and her Einherjar.
When using Spiritual Concentration, she can generally seek out areas of powerful evil influence, but this doesn't translate to locating a foe with pinpoint precision. In other words, Lenneth can generally find her way to a lair of evil, but if your evil sort puts any effort into hiding their true nature, she will not be able to pick them out of a crowd.
Her other sphere of influence is those who are dying, but if she's going to be showing up at your character's passing, I do hope we'd have discussed it just a little beforehand. :)
From her app:
"Although she generally inhabits the spirit realm, parallel to the mortal realm, she can manifest in the mortal realm easily (and will spend the majority of her time in-game doing so). If she wishes to disguise herself she can banish her armor and appear as a normal woman if she so desires (again, how she will be appearing the majority of the time)."
Lenneth normally appears as a fairly demure woman in a simple dress, nothing particularly out of the ordinary. This disguise suppresses her spiritual aura and power, is generally enough to deceive those without magic or preternaturally keen senses. She was never intended to mingle with mortals the way she is in this game, however, so the disguise is somewhat thin. Particularly sensitive characters, or those with access to magic, can pick out the truth of it, by her overwhelming spirit or perhaps by catching signs of the armor that is much truer to her nature than an innocent peasant's garb.
